Cassie is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Southern University School of Law.  She was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2003 and the North Carolina State Bar in 2004 and is a member of the Mecklenburg County and North Carolina Bar Associations.  Cassie and her husband, Joey, have one son, Cohen.
