Michelle is a graduate of West Virginia University and West Virginia University College of Law. She was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1992 and the South Carolina State Bar in 1993. Michelle is a member of the Mecklenburg County and North Carolina Bar Associations and the South Carolina State Bar. Michelle and her husband, Rudy, have one son, Dylan.
